This post is about the best white tee shirt.
For quite some time, I have been on a mission to find the perfect white tee shirt. A plain white tee is the most basic staple that every girl needs in her wardrobe. Dressed up or dressed down, a white tee is part of the basic building blocks for hundreds of outfits.
I am extremely picky and had several boxes I needed to be checked.
The shirt is not see through
The shirt has a neckline that does not stretch out after 3 wears
The shirt lays and falls nicely on the body.
The shirt has a weight to it (not too thick but not thin)
The shirt can be washed and dried with no issues
After searching far and wide, I have finally found my new closet staple. And I even more excited to report that it is $15.
I normally wear a medium in tops because I have broad shoulders and a larger chest. In this particular top, I bought a large because I wanted it to have a bit of a looser look for easy tucking in.
I ended up ordering it in black as well, and am planning to purchase it in gray and tan as well.
Once you buy this plain tee, you won’t go back. Go ahead and throw away all of your old Madewell tees that look have holes in them after 5 washes.
TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.
I would not have written an entire post dedicated to a white tee shirt if it wasn’t worth it.
